Structure 

 

FCC CM structure is an Ad-hoc committee organization similar to those envisaged in most international standards.

Its main defining traits are the following:

  1. a Decision-Making Authority responsible for strategic direction and decision-making
  2. a crisis committee at the main FCC headquarters that brings together the relevant business area and corporate representatives
  3. a local crisis structure for the planning and implementation of decisions, extraordinary measures and contingency plans.
