Security Consulting Service
The Corporate Security & General Services Department maintains a contract with the Security Services provider “International SOS” (ISOS) which offers information related with other countries security through its website, as well as the possibility of subscribing to the “security alerts” service. The alerts are email messages by which ISOS reports issues of security, attacks, demonstrations, strikes, health incidents, events that hinder air or land traffic and, in general, every situation that may affect staff displaced to a certain country.
ISOS also provides an assistance phone number available 24 hours a day where you can make inquiries related to security abroad: security conditions in a specific geographic zone, security of an accommodation or conveyance, evolution of the incidents informed through an alert etc.
Every employee of the FCC Group can consult the ISOS website by accessing with the FCC membership number (”FCC Membership”) or by calling the ISOS assistance number for every travel safety inquiry, either work or private.
On the other hand, every FCC employee who lives, travels or has some project responsibilities abroad, can subscribe to the alert service and download the International SOS phone app, that allows receiving alerts from the country where the employee is at every moment. The application INTERNATIONAL SOS is associated with the corporative mail and can be downloaded from the App Store of ISOS, Play Store of Android or Windows Shop Phone.

Orientation Services prior to trips abroad (“pre-travel-advisory”)
When making a flight reservation through a Corporate Travel Agency to make an official trip abroad, the system sends a message to the traveler’s mail with information and security, medical and cultural recommendations specific to the country involved. In the periodic trips to one same country, the information will be issued only if more than 90 days have passed since the last message was sent. If for any reason the trip reservation is not made through the corporative agency, the employee must send the travel certificates issued: plane or train ticket, car rental voucher, hotel voucher etc. to viajeseguro@fcc.es for its registration. Thanks to that, besides knowing where the employee is in case of emergency, he/she will receive the PTA through the habitual channel despite other information or alerts that, from the Security Department, could be issued if necessary.

COMSec is a platform that provides secure voice and data communications over cellular and wireless networks through an application installed on the mobile phone.
Developed by Indra, COMSec is used by numerous companies and official bodies to ensure the security of their mobile communications. It complies with the Spanish "National Security Scheme" at a high level.
The App is like most common commercial messaging and VoIP applications regarding its interface and usability.
FCC employees who handle sensitive information and who require discretion in their mobile communications should use this platform before commercial VoIP applications, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Line or Messenger, which are less secure.
If you are a COMsec user, do not forget to update the App for its correct operation.
